We have tested every item on this list through personal experience. If an item hasn’t been successfully utilized, it would not be on this list. If you need help looking up brands, chat me. Quality matters immensely. For example, if you are taking a Vitamin C supplement that is loaded with chemicals, then it is a waste at best and possibly counter-productive.
● Vitamin C (Take daily, per bottle directions.) Choose a quality brand, or if you prefer, you can also get plenty of Vitamin C through eating organic citrus.
● Arnica (As needed for pain.) My friend was over at my house and said: “What do you have for headaches?” I offered him Arnica, and he refused and said: “I’m not going to take medicine.” Then stop complaining! And why ask in the first place? You just wasted 2 minutes complaining and then 2 minutes more of me explaining the virtues of Arnica. The morals of this story are: Arnica works for headaches, and don’t complain if you aren’t ready to accept advice.
● Iron (If needed) I take iron and it solves so many issues for me. It took me a long while to find a clean product, however. Chat me for guidance on Iron supplement brands.
● Zinc: (If needed) With Zinc, a little goes a long way. Don’t overdo it.
● Detox Metal Spray: (Take until regulated, then as needed.) This cured my ringing ears. When my ears stopped ringing, I actually thought something was wrong.
● Colloidal Silver (As needed)
● Elderberry: (Take as needed) Use homemade or locally sourced elderberry only. The crap you buy online is terrible and loaded with unnecessary sugar and other junk.
● Honey: (As needed) A hive within 10 minutes of your home confers the most benefits.
● Sunlight: Get 15-30 minutes of sunlight daily. My kids and I call this sunning. It’s way better to get your Vitamin D from the sun vs. from a supplement.
Health & Diet Tips Specifically For Men
● No Soy (EVER, EVER. Read that again: Do not eat soy.) Coconut aminos are a great substitute. Soy is terrible for men. Unless you want boobs larger than your partner’s, throw it all away.
● No Dairy: No milk, except raw milk directly from the farmer.
● Less Sugar is Better: If you are going to have sugar, pick homemade desserts. If you need someone to make homemade desserts: email me, as I LOVE sugar and will bake for you.
● Meat: A 90% meat diet is best. Over 50% is suboptimal.
● Lifting: Lift heavy items 30-45 minutes daily, or lift in the gym. If you are on a budget, come to my house. You can move my furniture around and help Kyle with the outside work.
● Sex: Have a lot of it. Or self-love. Sex is good for you! I know, shocking.
● Smoothie Ingredients: Fruit, Wheatgerm, Kale or Spinach, Almond Milk (No Additives, Pure & Organic)
● Diet Hacks: Greek Yogurt, Honey, Cinnamon, Cocoa (Pure, No Sugar)
● Olive Oil Shot: This protects the heart and helps blood flow. 1 shot of Olive Oil (Good Quality and Pure) mixed with 1 teaspoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice (make sure to take pulp out. Kyle said he has choked on the pulp- he has never been asked to swallow, obviously). Take this miracle shot daily every morning.
● Parasite Detox: (https://www.patriotnurition.com/protocol) Send me pictures if you do this detox. I am not kidding.
● No Seed Oils Ever: Throw out Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Sunflower Oil, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil immediately. Obviously, no butter spreads or margarine. I’m not a big fan of crazily going through the house and throwing things in the trash, but seed oils and soy are different. Just throw them in the trash.
● Good Oils: Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil. Use Grass-Fed Butter.
● Avoid Polyester: This can decrease sexual desire and sperm health.
● Quality People: Surround yourself and interact with quality people. This one is a major life change for some. Talk to real women. Here’s a drastic idea: stop subbing to that girl on onlyfans, close the porn sites, and replace that ex with people who are inspiring. People who work to build you up. If you don’t like the new path, all that crap will still be there for you. However, I think you will choose the new path once you begin it. Some people and some relationships are not meant for you. Learn to identify who you need in your life and who is best for your energy. Outgrowing people occurs, and when it does, leaving can be harder even than leaving a toxic relationship. Nothing is wrong with the relationship, you have simply outgrown the other person and are thriving at another level. This has happened to me before, and I felt despondent when I realized I just didn’t fit with that person anymore. I have hope that people will come around, but I won’t waste my time waiting on them. Be particular with who you give your time to. A friend once told me that wasted time is more costly than wasted money. I believe this to be true.
● Prioritize Sleep: Sleep is huge for men. Prioritize high-quality sleep. Know how many hours you require for your body. Most bodies require 8-12 hours of sleep. Hi Kyle. Sorry. ● Food: Processed foods will drain your body of nutrients, minerals, and vitamins. Your body will also have to work overtime to digest them. Try to eat seasonal, local, and whole foods whenever you can.
