Pumping for Length, Growth & Girth
Penis pumps are making a comeback, and lately many of my friends and clients have been asking what my thoughts are on pumping. In a nutshell (pun intended): I love it. I don’t do it personally because I don’t have a penis. However, if I had one I would incorporate pumping into my regular routine of sexual wellness and healthy living.
Pumping is ideal for any man who wants to increase his length and girth (show me a man who doesn’t and I’ll show you somebody who’s repressed). Pumping is also helpful at ameliorating erectile dysfunction. There are many articles out there that corroborate the efficacy
of pumping, and there are some that insist it’s just a fad and does not actually grow the penis. My friends and clients, however, assure me that it most certainly works, and they couldn’t be
happier.
Two of my more reticent friends had a knee jerk reaction to pumping. They immediately said they don’t do it and weren’t interested in starting. One said he was completely fine with what he has. I responded (because I cannot let anything go): “But wouldn’t you want another inch or two if you could get it?”
It is totally okay to love your manhood as it is, and honestly you should! Self-love and confidence are foundational building blocks for being a self-actualized human. However, you can appreciate your body and still give pumping a go, as the practice does more for you than just getting bigger. This article will enumerate the many benefits of pumping and help you get started on your own journey of “growth.”
Health Benefits
Pumping improves penile health, boosts blood flow, and improves mood and overall well-being. Any good pump on the market is clinically tested. Look on their website before purchasing and read the clinical trials.* Or send them to me and I’ll read them.
Look for a warranty of parts and satisfaction. Good companies offer a 60-90 day money back guarantee and warranty on parts. It should not break within 3 months (the pumps are not made like those crazy Head Master Vibrating Blow Job Strokers. I have had to get replacements 6x and counting – not all for Kyle). Anyway, a quality pump is made to last.
Pumps are not safe for men with blood disorders or who are prone to blood clots. They are also not safe if you take any medication that thins your blood. If your penis remains erect for a prolonged period of time (priapism), pumping is not a solution. Contact your naturopath before use if you’re affected by any of the issues listed above.
What Penis Pumps Do
Pumping regularly will improve the size, girth, and hardness of your erection. (Got your attention now, don’t I?) Penis pumps will allow a man with erectile dysfunction to get and stay erect for sexual activities. The device achieves these ends by utilizing basic physics as well as
the magic of the vacuum. Read on to learn how it works.
The penis goes into the pump and the pump creates a vacuum. When the vacuum is created by the pump, it increases girth by enlarging the volume of the corpora cavernosa. The corpora cavernosa holds blood that produces the erection. The pump increases blood flow to
the penis, making it erect while stretching it gently. Slowly stretching the penis gently over time allows the portion of penis located still inside the body to come out and stay. Additionally, the stretching produces small (very small guys, don’t worry) tears in the penile tissue. As the tissue heals, the penis lengthens.
Lengthening the Penis and Increasing Girth
You should aim to pump every other day. This is a 10-12 month process, but you will be able to see increases within 3 months. Girth increases are more pronounced than length and are thus noticed sooner, but over time length will increase as well.
Do not buy a pump and expect to see anything noticeable after a few days. Just save your money and time, while going on about your business and doing the helicopter with what you currently are working with. Any good pump will cost around $100-$250. It is a time and
money investment.
Major note: Do not over pump. This could hurt your penis. Pumping should not hurt. Pump every other day, as mentioned before.
For ED
Use your pump daily before you want your penis to be erect. You can use the pump twice a day if necessary or if desired. Is porn a major reason contributing to your erectile dysfunction? My best advice: quit porn while you are healing your ED. Some habits that will help
with pump use while healing ED include: regular exercise, eating a super healthy diet, eliminating alcohol, and consuming testosterone strengthening foods (email me for the list).
Measuring Tips
When ordering the pump, you will need to measure the exact length and girth of your erect manhood. Don’t rush when measuring, make sure it is the correct number. Measure twice just to be sure.
LENGTH: You can use a ruler or measuring tape. Press it lightly onto your pubic bone. You need the number from the pubic bone right up to the tip of your penis.
GIRTH: Use the measuring tape to measure around the penis, put the tape around the middle of your shaft to measure.
You need to accurately measure your size. If you order the wrong size pump, the vacuum created inside the pump will not achieve the necessary pressure needed to achieve any noticeable increases. Order the correct size gentlemen. This is not like saying you are 6’1 when
you are truly 5’9 or 5’10. Take your time, be precise, and order the correct size.
Which Pump is Superior?
Dr. Joel Kaplan sells the best pump for men who are trying to lengthen their penis, increase girth, and heal their ED. The directions below are specifically for the Dr. Joel Kaplan pump. If you purchase another pump, email me for specific directions. Each pump is a little bit
different and all devices are definitely not created equally.
Make sure if you go another route that the pump has a gauge and release valve on it. How bad would it be to have your penis stuck in a pump and you have to call up a friend or go to the hospital to have it removed? If you call me, I will remove it for you, but will most likely
laugh about it too. Get one with a good release valve, or have a good sense of humor when you call me to get your penis unstuck.
